AUJOURD'HUI DEMAIN

Hey there! If you are vegan or like vegan food, then this article might be for you!

Aujourd'hui demain is a concept store located in the really hype 11th arrondissement of Paris.
You will find there a curated selection of clothes, cosmetics, food and a cute restaurant.

The restaurant is 100% vegan and, as a non vegan person, I can tell you it's really good!

I've been there twice and I have tried a few items on the menu in order to share my thoughts about it with you.

Everything is really fresh and the servings are generous.
You can chose all the classic for a brunch such as Pancakes, Avocado toasts, Burgers and Fries...
They really do have options!

Special mention to the burger :

It is made with beyond meat which is the closest thing you can get to a meat patty that tastes almost like real meat. I do eat meat from time to time and let me tell you, it really does taste like it.
The cheese is also vegan obviously and made of soy if i'm not mistaking.

The avocado toast is also a must !
I'm quite specific about my avo toasts and this one is just how I like them : really chunky with lots of aromatic herbs on top :D

Moreover, everything is well put together which has its importance if you like taking pictures of food as much as I do.

Overall

Aujourd'hui demain is the perfect spot if you want to eat quality vegan food, do your groceries and look at some trendy clothes and accessories.
The place is rather small and I don't think reservations are available so I would suggest you to go there early and avoid the midday rush if you want to brunch or eat lunch there.

LE 17.45 RÉPUBLIQUE

If you know me you know I really am a cheese kinda gal ;)

Maybe I am a living Parisian cliché but I love me some good cheese, and if it's served with a nice plate of charcuterie, I am basically in food heaven!

So today I want to talk to you about Le 17.45 République. It's a very cool spot to enjoy a nicely curated plate of cheese and charcuterie, in the heart of the 10th arrondissement of Paris.

The concept is pretty cool, the waiter brings you a menu and a pen and you pick everything you want ! There is a very large choice of saucissons, terrines and cheeses of any kind.

What I can recommend is to pick about 3 to 5 items per person, but you can order how much you like :)

To give you an idea of what you can expect, here is what my friends and I ordered :

Overall

Le 17.45 is a really nice place to enjoy good typical french charcuterie and cheese. You can eat either in or out and the street is rather calm for the neighbourood.
This place my go to spot if I specifically want to eat this kind of food. Keep in mind you can find charcuterie and/or cheese plates in about any bar in Paris, but they are not always worth the try (and money) because they can easily be a bit overpriced for the quality/quantity you get.

The place is well decorated and the staff is nice which is always a bonus.

Fun fact : the toilets are not your typical restaurant toilets, I'll let you see it by yourself ;)

Hero

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well :)

Today I come back to you with a great address to enjoy Korean food ! It's called Hero, and it's located in front of the subway station "Strasbourg Saint Denis", you cannot miss it ;)

Hero is a very small and cosy place, where everything is well organized, and it feels like a special attention has been made to the decoration, to make you feel at home.

The place with its pink blush tones is an instagram paradise haha, and most of all, they play an amazing playlist! If you're like me and enjoy a good old school R&B playlist, you'll love this place !

As the place is quite small, my friend and I decided to arrive at the opening hour (12:00), and we did well because we were the first ones to arrive.

Regarding the menu, I would say it is rather limited, but I don't mind it, because it is always a sign of product freshness to me. The less there is on the menu, the fresher the food is in my opinion.

What most people tend to do when they come at Hero, is to orders several plates and to share them. As I was starving (as usual haha), my friend and I decided to order something for each of us.

So this is what we ate :

Brown & Rosie

Hello Guys,

I hope you're doing well !

Today I come back to you with an article about a very cute coffee/lunch spot that I discovered when I was spending a day away in London.

As we were desperately looking for a place to grab a coffee and eat something, we decided to stop by Brown & Rosie, located nearby the subway station of South Kesington.
Unfortunately, it was pouring rain and we couldn't sit inside since the places inside were strictly reserved for lunch and diner.

Nevertheless, we were so exhausted that we decided so get a table outside, in a corner protected from the rain and under a warming heater. It was not that bad afterall.

Now, on to the important part, the FOOD of course 😉

  • French Toasts : £11.50 (around €13.10 and $16.10)

Mona by My Little Paris

Mona by My Little Paris is a new co-working space launched by My Little Paris in October to allow women to work together and build great projects in a cosy and welcoming space.
Located in an old Parisian building in Le Marais, you can pretty much spend your whole day here. From eating to listening to music, reading or even assisting to conferences, Mona has it all.
Since Mona opens its door for three months to the famous New Yorker Restaurant : Maman NYC, I decided to go there on a Sunday to enjoy their Brunch.

Palais d'Asie

I love Asian food and especially Dim Sums but it can be hard to find qualitative Asian food with reasonable prices in Paris. Since Dim Sums are fairly small, you have to order several pieces to make it a full meal, and the bill can be really expensive some times.

This is the reason why I wanted to talk to you about my favorite place to eat Asian food in Paris : Le Palais D'Asie. The restaurant is located in the Chinese neighbourhood of Paris in the 13th district not very far from the subway station Tolbiac.

O Coffee Shop

One morning as I had time to kill before going to work, I decided to treat myself to an Australian brunch at O Coffee Shop, an Aussie address nearby the Eiffel Tower in the 15th district of Paris.
I was craving avocado toast and a good latte so I gave a try at this cute place.
